The Marietta Board of REALTORS® would like to congratulate Ben and Melissa Cogswell for winning the Home of the Month for November. This charming home is located on Muskingum River Road in Marietta. The family has lived in this beautiful farmhouse for over 22 years and raised their 2 children there. The family used to live next door, but had always dreamed of owning this home to raise their family and continue farming the land. The home built in the 1800’s was given a makeover in the kitchen and baths when they first took possession. It wasn’t until later that they were able to have the porch rebuilt during the exterior renovation. That was when they designed the wrap around porch they had always wanted & matched the original design to the create a beautiful curb appeal. We thank the family for creating such a beautiful home and making Marietta such a special place to live. Again, Congratulations to the Cogswell Family from The Marietta Board of REALTORS®.
