October's Home of the Month Winner is......

The Marietta Board of REALTORS® would like to congratulate

Debbie and Terry Coffman of Marietta

on being selected as the October Home of the Month winner!

At first glance, it’s obvious the Coffman’s take great pride in the landscaping and attention to detail with their beautiful home located at 804 Coffman Rd.

The home was built by the Coffman family back in 1966 and has always been a part of the family. This was one of the main contributing factors for Debbie and Terry when purchasing the home. They also love the area with the country view of the Coffman Farm.

Since purchasing their home, they have added a front porch, constructed a screened-in porch at the back, installed a detailed brick walkway, and enhanced the landscaping surrounding the entire property. They collaborated with local businesses, Design Crete and Fairbanks Construction, to assist with the renovations.
