They adore the spacious interior, expansive basement, and the convenient downtown location with all its amenities.

A standout feature of their home is the impeccable landscaping, lovingly tended by Joyce herself. She has cultivated a beautiful array of plants and flowers, including black-eyed susans, dianthus, marigolds, hostas, sedums, and zinnias. The community recognizes and appreciates the hard work and dedication Joyce and Bob have poured into maintaining their home, with special thanks to Kyle Wascom with Reliable Lawn Service and Spring Green for their lawn care services.
